gto gate operator low voltage wire

GTO Low Voltage Wire is required for wiring the GTO Automatic Gate Opener to the AC Transformer. It is also necessary for connecting some accessories such as the Push Button Entry Control and the Digital Keypad (wired option). This wire is 16 gauge, dual conductor, multi-stranded, and is ready for direct burial.

This is the only wire recommended for use with GTO products. This 16 gauge, PVC sheathed wire will enable the transformer to provide an adequate charge to the control board from as far away as 1000 ft.

Do not use telephone wire or any solid core wire; this wire does not work as well as the multi-stranded and can cause the opener to go into low voltage lockout. Never splice wires together. Splicing will seriously reduce the wire's ability to carry an adequate current and it provides a weak point for corrosion

The Master Pin Lock substitutes for the clevis pin at either or both mounting points of the Mighty Mule E-Z Gate Opener or the GTO/PRO 1000 series swing gate opener arm. It can also be inserted above the quick release pins in both chain brackets of the GTO/PRO SL-1000 slide gate opener. The pin lock deters theft of the opener arm but still allows the key holder to manually open the gate when necessary. There is also a Master Pin Lock available for the GTO/PRO 2000 series.

Receivers with 10 ft. cables come with all GTO Swing Gate Openers (not necessary for the PRO 1200 and the PRO 2200) ; a receiver with a 20 ft. cable comes with the GTO/PRO SL-1000 and GTO/PRO SL-2000. Replacement receivers can be purchased with cables in lengths of 10 ft., 25 ft., 50 ft. and 100 ft. (available through PRO dealers only)
