Unless otherwise noted, purchased items will be shipped by UPS or DHL.  Southeast Gate Operators ships only to the continental United States, for special orders outside of the continental U.S. please contact us at mike@segogto.com.

Items may be picked up in person at our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location, please contact us for more details.  Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility, additional delivery fees may be required depending on final product destination (rural vs. city, etc). 

Return Policy:

If the customer returns an item for any reason except that it was defective at the time that Southeast Gate Operators sent it, the customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the credit which the customer is entitled to upon receipt of the returned item.
